Founder and CEO, T.J. DeMartino, served in the U.S. Army Special Forces before entering the private sector.
His military service included work with a joint Special Operations Counter Terrorism unit. In this capacity, Mr. DeMartino helped design and implement both domestic and international security measures.
For the past eight years, he has provided security personnel and security consultation to corporate, small business and personal clients. He also is a commissioned police officer.
Phalanx personnel are discreet, professional agents who bring both tactical and technical proficiency to each assignment. All Phalanx agents have military and / or law enforcement experience.
